From February 2026, I will be offering psychotherapy and one-to-one breathwork sessions in Lorne on the Surf Coast of Victoria.

Alongside my Melbourne practice in Brunswick, this expands my work into the surrounds of the Erskine River rainforest, providing a quieter regional setting for depth-oriented psychotherapy and individual breathwork.

I have had a longstanding relationship with Lorne and the Surf Coast, returning regularly for over three decades. I now have the opportunity to spend extended time living and working here, allowing my clinical practice to be shaped more directly by our relationship with place and the natural environment.

Working in a coastal and forested setting offers something distinct from urban practice. Proximity to nature often supports a slower rhythm, greater embodied awareness, and a broader psychological perspective. Where appropriate, psychotherapy in Lorne may also draw on breathwork and nature-based or eco-therapy approaches, supporting a deeper connection to bodily experience and the natural world.

Approach and Modalities offered:

  • Psychotherapy
Depth-oriented, trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals, drawing on relational and embodied approaches.

  • One-to-one breathwork
Individual breathwork sessions offered within a therapeutic framework, supporting emotional processing and nervous system regulation.
  • Breath based somatic approaches

Attention to bodily experience as part of psychological work, supporting integration and embodied awareness.
  • Nature-based and eco-therapy approaches
Where appropriate, therapeutic work may incorporate the natural environment as a supportive context for reflection and regulation.
  • Integration-oriented work
Support for integrating expanded, altered, or non-ordinary states of consciousness within a grounded psychotherapeutic framework.
